PROGRAMMING OVERVIEW

Our Team Development Programming caters to coaches and parents seeking Perfect Skating, Small Area Movement, and Specific Skill programming in a collaborative setting. Emphasizing relationships and knowledge transfer - these programs focus on detail and asymmetry correction, providing endless customization options. PS Certified coaches act as an extension of the team staff, helping to enhance long-term athlete performance for progressive coaching staffs.

TEAM SKATING SESSIONS

• Stand-Alone Or Progressive On-Ice Movement Team Sessions
• A Series Of On-Ice Sessions That Focus On Asymmetry Correction 
  
• Improve Movement Efficiency, Game Mapping, & Hockey IQ
  
• Provides A Minimum of (1) Certified, Energetic PS Coach 
• Maximum Quality Repetition & Positive Feedback
• Use The Method Like Our 350+ NHL & PWHL Players

PROGRAM INVESTMENT

• Cost Per Skating Session: $200.00 +HST
• 4 Session Program: $720.00 +HST
• 8 Session Program: $1,360.00 +HST
• NOTES
  • If your team or association is greater than 20km outside of The City Of London a $50 +HST travel surcharge (per session) will be applied to your registration as a separate invoice

• 5 Minutes Of Kinetic Movement Warm-Up
• 15 Minutes Of Perfect Skating On-Ice Movement  
  
• 30 Minutes Of Small Area Movement & Specific Skills
• Provides A Minimum Of (3) Certified, Energetic PS Coaches
• Maximum Quality Repetition & Positive Feedback
• Use the Method Like Our +350 NHL Players

PROGRAM INVESTMENT

• Cost Per Skating Session: $250.00 +HST
• 4 Session Program: $900.00 +HST
• 8 Session Program: $1,700.00 +HST

INSTRUCTIONS

• Team Registration
  • Create an account/login using the Coach or Team Manager as the "Parent or Guardian" (ex. John Smith)
  • Use the Team Name as the "Athlete" (ex. London Junior Knights - Green)
  • For D.O.B use the year of the teams birth year (ex. 01-01-2010)
  • Caliber is the level the team plays (ex. House League, MD, A-AAA, etc.) 
    
  • Select how many sessions you would like to have for your Team or Group 
  • Complete your registration
  • We will be in touch to schedule your Team Sessions!
